Donald Glover Joins Community cast!

Donald Glover has has signed on to co-star on the NBC sitcom Community which launches on Sept. 17 as part of a two-year talent holding deal at Universal Media Studios.

Glover just ended a three-year stint as a staff writer on 30 Rock.

Glover, who also performs standup, isn't sure when he'll begin writing his pilot or what the topic will be but said, "The only thing I know is that it will be very personal and that I write quickly."

Community stars Joel McHale as a lawyer whose degree is revoked, prompting him to return to community college. Glover plays a slacker student jock who's part of a study group.

Our Community blog is turning into a Chevy Chase Blog as there has been little Community news. Ironically after a decade of no news Mr. Chase is popping all over and with nice things being said too! Here Empire online does a neat story about famous recasting in films and the Griswold’s make the list at number 6.

Trailer for new Chevy Movie but no Chevy

Not much Community news but the Chevy news is really picking up. The new Chevy Chase movie "Hot tube time machine" the offical web site is up (with very little on it) and screeninglog.com has the first red Trailer. Viewer descretion is advised. It looks funny as shit!

Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase join Family Guy!

Fox programming website news flash, actors Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase will be appearing in Family Guy. In the show they will be moving to Spooner Street where they will move in to Cleveland’s old house. They will be voicing themsleves in an episode which will air this Fall.
